First, we'll take a trip back in time as we explore the historic Rocks area and hear tales of the city's early convict history. Next, we'll cruise through the bustling Central Business District and Macquarie Street, taking in the breathtaking 18th-century architecture of landmarks like the NSW Parliament House, Rum Hospital, and more.

But the real showstopper is yet to come. We'll make our way to Mrs Macquaries Point for the ultimate Instagram-worthy shot of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. As we explore the Eastern Suburbs, home to the rich and famous, you'll have plenty of opportunities to snap some envy-inducing photos of the cove and shores of one of the most beautiful harbours in the world.

After that, we'll head to Bondi Beach, where you can sink your toes in the sand, grab a refreshing drink (at your own expense), and see Aussie lifesavers and surfers riding the waves. We'll also make stops at Tamarama and Bronte beaches before returning to the city via Centennial Park and Paddington, a trendy district with elegant terrace houses and boutique shops.

At the end of the tour, you'll be free to explore Darling Harbour and its surroundings at your own pace. Take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront and indulge in a delicious lunch at one of the many restaurants and cafes along King Street Wharf. Blue Mountains Deluxe Day

Blue Mountains Deluxe Day

Operates daily

Join us on a journey to the Blue Mountains National Park, one of the seven national parks that make up the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. This wonderland of sandstone outcrops, deep ravines, and hazy blue eucalypt forests boasts luxury retreats and stunning views. Depart from your hotel and let our expert guide take you off the beaten track to visit remote lookout locations and discuss the history, flora, and fauna of this magnificent region.

Our first stop of the day is at Calmsley Hill, a working farm that is also home to Kangaroos, Emus, Wombats, and Koalas. Enjoy morning tea and take some time to wander at leisure.

We'll then ascend the Blue Mountains via the highway, visiting one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley, away from the crowds of tours that visit the mountains each day with other operators. This way, you'll enjoy a stress-free environment and take in the views and information imparted by your guide.

Next, we'll arrive at Eaglehawk Lookout, a remote lookout point for views of the famous 3 Sisters. Your guide will discuss the legends behind this famous rock formation, and you'll have time to take some great photos.

We make our way to the small village of Blackheath and enjoy a delicious 2-course lunch at the Hydro Majestic, now a relaxed venue with stunning views. (Beverages can be purchased at your own expense from the bar). In the early 20th century, the hotel was a luxurious retreat built by entrepreneur Mark Foy. The hotel was built with the profits from Foy's successful department store in Sydney and was intended to be a hydropathic treatment centre, due to his eccentric beliefs about the healing power of cold water.

Referred to as "Foy's Folly" at the time, the Hydro Majestic hotel became known as the "Palace in the Wilderness," drawing guests from all over who sought to engage in adulterous affairs and other secret pleasures. The hotel was a place where guests felt safe to "let their hair down," disguising themselves in masks and opposite-sex clothing, while acting out their fantasies during elaborate fancy-dress balls, guest and staff role-reversal nights and "mad hatters" contests.

In the afternoon, we'll take you to some of the most famous lookouts in Australia, including Govetts Leap, where you'll be mesmerized by the dancing waves of water spray and sweeping views down the valley to the Grose Wilderness. We'll also stop at the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, where you'll enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice and take in the sweeping views of Sydney before returning to the hotel via the Bells Line of Road.

Day 8

Michaelmas Cay Outer Barrier Reef cruise

Michaelmas Cay Outer Barrier Reef cruise

This morning, enjoy a 2hr motorised sail aboard a 32-metre luxury sailing catamaran, Ocean Spirit, to Michaelmas Cay.

A low lying vegetated sand cay encircled by a spectacular fringing reef, Michaelmas Cay is a National Park and a protected sanctuary for migratory seabirds. For a period during the late 1800s and early 1900s the island was used by sea cucumber pickers (Beche-de-mer) and for guano mining. In 1937 it was declared a fauna sanctuary and formally a national park in 1975. The Cay has cultural significance to the local Gungandji, Mandingalbay-Yidinji and Yirriganydji indigenous peoples.

Enjoy a wide range of activities to fully experience Michaelmas Cay’s unique reef environment.
Try snorkelling in the cay’s protected shallow waters, cruise in the semi-sub for a diver’s view of the reef, watch the fish feeding presentation, observe the bird life or if you're feeling adventurous, why not try an introductory scuba dive in the fringing reefs.

Throughout the day, the ‘beach buggy shuttle’ will transfer you between Ocean Spirit and the beach.
