Our mission is to make your day an expedition, exploring vineyards and experiencing the art of perfectly matched wine and food at the region's most renowned wineries.

See the Sydney Fish Markets, visit boutique wineries and try Aussie delicacies like barramundi, kangaroo, and locally made treats. The tour includes breakfast, lunch, wine tastings, and other chef-prepared foods, and hassle-free round-trip transportation from select Sydney hotels.

Day 3

Ultimate Sydney Harbour Sailing - Private Tour

Ultimate Sydney Harbour Sailing - Private Tour

Discover the breathtaking beauty of Sydney on an unforgettable day tour with an experienced guide. Your journey begins with a drive through the historic Rocks precinct, where you'll visit the first church in Australia, the Observatory and the charming convict-built cottages. Next, you'll admire the iconic Opera House and the magnificent Botanical Gardens, where you'll take a short walk to view Mrs Macquarie's chair and enjoy the stunning harbour views.

As you continue your tour, you'll pass through the vibrant neighbourhoods of Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross and Rushcutters Bay, where you'll stop for a delicious lunch at the prestigious Cruising Yacht Club of Australia. Afterwards, you'll see some of Sydney's most affluent neighbourhoods, like Darling Point and Double Bay, as well as the picturesque coastal towns of Rose Bay, Vaucluse and Watsons Bay, before arriving at the world-famous Bondi Beach. Here you'll have some time to soak up the beachy atmosphere, stroll down the esplanade and perhaps enjoy an ice cream.

As the tour comes to a close, you'll return to the city via Oxford Street Paddington and arrive at Darling Harbour, where you'll board a private yacht for a cruise around the world's most beautiful harbour. Enjoy a delicious afternoon tea as you take in the sights and sounds of Sydney Harbour.

As the cruise comes to a close, we'll return to the vibrant and exciting Darling Harbour, where you'll have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area or return to your hotel at your leisure.

Make the most of the afternoon and go for a relaxing walk along the beautiful waterfront. We suggest having dinner al fresco style at one of the many restaurants and cafes along King Street Wharf. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, head over to Crown Sydney and discover the culinary delights of some of the world's most sought-after chefs. From bespoke dining experiences to world-class cuisine, Crown Sydney has something for everyone.

Day 5

Royal National Park Adventure Tour

Royal National Park Adventure Tour

This unique experience is going to awaken the explorer within! Begin your day of adventure with a lesson on paddling techniques before heading down the serene, enclosed waters of the Port Hacking River. Paddle past a stunning variety of plant communities and learn about the different varieties of native and introduced species in the Royal National Park. When we arrive at end of the river, we enjoy breakfast by the river.

Afterwards, it’s time to pack up and head towards Garawarra farm carpark, the starting point for our hike towards the Figure Eight Pool. The Figure 8 Pool is a natural ocean rock pool that has been perfectly formed into the shape of an '8' and is one of the most Instagrammable photos you will take on your visit to Australia. Your private guide will lead the way towards Burning Palms Beach, stopping along the way so that you can take in the stunning views.

If you are visiting between May and October, keep an eye out for whales! From the beach, we walk and sometimes climb (rock hopping) along the rocky coastline to get to the pools. Take a quick dip in the Figure 8 pool or enjoy a dip in some of the other rock pools before your return hike.

Round trip, the walk is approx. 6km. A good level of fitness is recommended on this tour. The pools are located on a coastal rock shelf and your guide will take you there during low tide when it is safest. Parts of the trek have been upgraded and are easy to walk on, but there may be sections where there is uneven steep terrain, therefore we suggest good hiking shoes or shoes with excellent grip. Important to note: there are no bathroom facilities to use once we arrive at Garawarra.
